Maple Syrup
Grade A Light Amber: Delicate flavor. Light color. For the discriminating.
Grade A Medium Amber: Average flavor and color. Most popular grade.
Grade B: Stronger flavor. Dark color. Good for baking.

Maple Sugar
A granulated product made by crystalizing maple syrup. Use it just like refined sugar. Delicious on cereal.

Maple Sugar Cakes
A candy product made by further evaporating the syrup and then stirring the warm product to produce a sweet treat with a fine sugar crystal. Molded in a maple leaf shape. Can be repackaged as nice gifts. Normally, there are about 50 pieces per pound. On special order we can provide a larger cake in maple leaf shape at about 16 pieces per pound. These are made fairly hard so they do not break during shipping. They are not meant to be chewed on like soft candy. They are meant to melt in your mouth. Not recommended for shipment during hot weather.
