Maple Syrup

Maple sap is a colorless liquid taken directly from the maple tree. Excess water is evaporated through a boiling process. Nothing is added and it is only during evaporation that flavor and color are acquired.

Approximately 40 to 50 gallons of sap, or "sugar water" as it is sometimes called, are required to produce one gallon of 100% pure maple syrup.

Three color grades are available in a variety of sizes

Maple Syrup

Light Amber: Light in color with a delicate maple flavor

Medium Amber: A medium full-flavored maple syrup - our most popular table syrup

Grade B: A darker, more intensely flavored syrup - excellent for cooking.
